Schools

Hamilton Township School District [hamiltonschools.org WEB] FB

With three schools and almost 3,000 students, ranging from Pre-K through eighth grade, under its responsibility, no two days are the same for the Hamilton Township School District. The District employs roughly 690 teachers and support staff across its three schools, George Hess Educational Complex, Joseph Shaner School and William Davies Middle School, to provide the best possible education experience for its students.
The District’s responsibilities go beyond the education it provides; the safety and security of students, staff and visitors in all three schools is a top priority. School Resource Officers (SROs) operate within each school building in the district to monitor and respond to incidents. The District adopts a proactive approach to the security of its schools by being as prepared as possible to detect and prevent dangerous events before they happen.
